Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
- We ship to all 50 United States of Americas. Currently, we are unable to ship to US territories or internationally.
- Typically, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive to you within 2-3 shipping days. Tracking numbers may be available upon request. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at our discretion.
- All orders received by midnight EST will be shipped the following business day.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their shipment upon arrival. We do not recommend using sharp objects when opening your package as you may cut into the vacuum-sealed coffee bag. A claim with the carrier must be filed if the package is damaged during shipping. Coffee Shippers is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Return Policy:
We are committed to delivering exceptional coffee and providing superior customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality or freshness of any Coffee Shippers product, we will gladly replace the coffee or refund your money - as you desire. Please email us at coffeeshippers@gmail.com with "Return" in the subject line.
